SsangYong Tivoli nominated for the 2016 World Car of the Year
The new SsangYong Tivoli has been nominated for the 2016 World Car of the Year award, alongside with other 19 nominees. It’s the first time that a SsangYong model is in the running for this prestigious award. The winner will be announced in March, in New York.
SsangYong Motors Ireland Managing Director, Joe Harris, is delighted with this nomination: “This nomination portraits SsangYong Motors Ireland’s expectations: Tivoli is an outstanding car, by its looks and also by its performance”.
The Tivoli is already available in the Irish market with a 1.6 litre e-XDi160 diesel unit that offers strong performance. Co2 emissions on the 2 wheel drive diesel manual is 109g/Km and fuel efficiency is 4.2L/Km.
The Tivoli diesel comes with a class-leading five year unlimited mileage warranty and five year road side assistance, at a starting price of €21,495. Road tax on the diesel version is €190.
